EURONET Search and Selection has a very good track record of success in providing consultants/ specialists and project managers (often security cleared), often at short notice, to work in Defence, IT, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance.

The duration of assignments has been from a few days to many months. The work has been both full-time and part-time. Senior Consultants have been deployed across Europe the Middle East and Asia.

Our work extends to the development of Bids and Red Teaming. We have provided Bid Support Services on a risk basis for clients with whom we have established relationships. In a recent major bid to a pan European Agency we were told by the main contractor "we could not have won this without the support of Euronet Search and Selection".

One of our major successes. EURONET Search and Selection successfully both participated in and managed a team building project for a major ESA Bid. Because of the transparency and simplicity of the process we devised and set up, both Client and the managed preferred Agencies were able to function smoothly right through to hand-over to the Client. From establishing one set of terms, to CV submissions, interviewing, provisional appointments. The Client won the bid- operational support for ESA in Germany $55m over 5 years - in great part due to the quality of its manpower and budgets. We then managed mobilisation, billing and distribution of fees.

As mentioned, ES&S currently operates as part of the Career Navigator HR Professional Network and as a participant in managed schemes whilst the management of these schemes has been left with Career Navigator. For more read here
