As Euronet Search & Selection are accustomed to working in defence businesses, we are fully aware of security issues.
On the commercial front, all our staff have signed Confidentiality Agreements that cover full confidentiality of all our Clients affairs, information, future directions, etc. On occasion we have even interviewed candidates on behalf of Clients without the applicants knowing who the potential employer was to ensure crucial development plans were not inadvertently leaked to their competitors.
We never approach a candidate whom we have placed with a customer. Should any candidate select to leave a Client at some future point, for any reason, perhaps even several years later it is the candidates responsibility to contact us for support/advice. We do not contact them. All placed candidates are advised accordingly.
