Working closely with our client we establish for each role:

- Ideal candidate psychometric profile
To do this effectively we:
- Maintain a constantly updated database of potential candidates covering a wide range of functions, skills, expertise and salary levels. A targeted search is conducted for all appointments and Bulletins issued throughout our network;
- Make extensive and intelligent use of the www;
- Ensure we fully utilise the resources and facilities of the Career Navigator HR Professional Network - an international network of ethical consultancies giving us an extensive "in country" capability;
- Call upon an established, in-house and experienced Research Facility as we need it;
- Develop Targeted Interview Questions designed to establish core skills, experience and behavioural competencies of candidates as agreed with Clients;
- Make use of Preliminary Telephone Interviews to enable us to reach more candidates who can be considered and also, as a result, facilitate better identification of those to be called for interview;
- Where requested to do so, undertake Psychometric Profiling at interview;
- Produced structured Reports on candidates recommended for client interview.
